How do I order Pauanesia products?
To order from the Pauanesia shop-on-line site
It’s easy.
Simply select the product category from the main menu or use the search facility, select the products by clicking on the images and then specify the quantity you wish to purchase. You can view your shopping cart at anytime by clicking the shopping cart link in the top menu bar.
When you have finished selecting click the check-out link. Enter your credit card details and shipping information. Your order will be acknowledged, confirmed and shipped promptly.
In Person
Visit Pauanesia store at 35 High Street Auckland central; we are open 7 days and two minutes from the Chancery car park.

Postal orders
If however you would prefer to order by mail please print out and complete order form. Post with N. Z. cheque or money order to Pauanesia 35 High Street Auckland City 1010.
Payment by bank deposit is welcome.

Returns and Refund policy
Our quality is important to us. As most of our goods are hand-made be prepared to accept some minor imperfections and variations in the products.
Returns because of quality issues will be accepted up to 5 days from receipt of goods. Please return items in its original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase. If goods are damaged in return because of inadequate packaging no refund will be made.
Please choose carefully as no refunds will be made for any other reason than quality.
We are happy to offer you a credit note valid for two months or an exchange but you will be responsible for returning and forwarding shipping charges. Courier return goods by Courier Post and remember to include your details. No refund on freight charges.
We are happy to post cuttings of our Pauanesia home textiles for you to check the colour coordinates with your scheme before purchase. Please email us at info@pauanesia.co.nz to arrange the cuttings.
Dispatch and Delivery
Pauanesia will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being confirmed and receipt of payment. Our shipping charges include protective packaging. If the item is out-of stock we will contact you to discuss an anticipated dispatch or an alternative. Payment will not be processed until the order is ready for dispatch.
Allow 3-5 days delivery of orders within New Zealand. They will be sent by parcel post or Courier Post. Dispatch will be confirmed by the emailing of a NZ Post/Courier Post reference number.
Pauanesia will not be liable for loss or damage of goods once received by the postal/courier service. Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made against the carrier. We do not pay compensation for late delivery.
New Zealand Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the destination regardless of the value or the size of the purchase.
Auckland City -Whangaparoa to Papakura $5.90
North Island- other cities and towns $7.90
North Island - rural deliveries $10.90
South Island cities and towns $12.90
South Island - rural deliveries $15.90
International deliveries
We can ship to most items overseas. We will quote shipping costs manually based on the goods purchased and destination. Customs or import duties if applicable are the responsibility of the consignee and are not included. Pauanesia will not be liable for loss or damage of goods once received by the courier service.
Airmail post allow 10-20 days; it can be quicker but we hate to disappoint.
Prices of goods
All prices quoted are based on New Zealand dollars and include a goods and services Tax of 12.5%.The website is not presently set-up with a currency converter to transact in other than NZ currencies. Sorry.

Colour variations
We have done our best to display colours as accurately as possible. However all computer screens display colour slightly differently. The colours you see when you visit our website may differ slightly from the actual product colour.
Please email us at info@pauanesia.co.nz if a fabric cutting is required or you wish to discuss the exact colour tone.
Gift Vouchers
Pauanesia gift vouchers are available. Simply choose the dollar amount for the voucher along with the delivery address and the voucher will be posted. There is no postage charged on posted gift vouchers.
Credit Cards accepted
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Note the credit card information is transmitted in encrypted form to the credit card company for processing. It is used only for the current transaction and it is not stored.
Security
Shopping on-line with Pauanesia is as safe as shopping in-store. We utilize industry standard SSL (secure socket Layers) for on line security. This scrambles and encrypts information sent between your computer and our server. This ensures that your information can’t be viewed stolen or copied.
Privacy Policy
Pauanesia is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others.
Gift Wrap
All purchases are wrapped in colour tissue. We can organize a card to. Select a card from our range and advise us of the copy if you wish us to forward to gift recipient.
New products and new supplier enquiries
At Pauanesia we are always on the look-out for new locally-made inspiring items that Kiwi’s would enjoy. We are always full of stock so do appreciate that new concepts need to surpass an existing item for room to be found for them in store.
Note we are not a gallery and art is not a feature of our store.
All our goods are purchased and we do not sell on consignment.
