Dispatch and Delivery
Pauanesia will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order’s confirmation and receipt of payment. Our shipping charges include protective packaging. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss an anticipated dispatch or an alternative.
Allow 3-5 days for delivery of orders within New Zealand. They will be sent by NZ ParcelPost or CourierPost.
Pauanesia will not be liable for loss or damage of goods once received by the postal or courier service. Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made against the carrier. We do not pay compensation for late delivery.

Please note Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the destination; regardless of the value or the size of the purchase.
Auckland City -Whangaparaoa to Papakura $5.90
North Island- other cities and towns $7.90
North Island - rural deliveries $10.90
South Island cities and towns $12.90
South Island - rural deliveries $15.90
Australia Delivery Charges
We now offer a flat shipping rate to our neighbours over the ditch, or Aussie dwelling Kiwis longing for a piece of home. All parcels to Australia now cost 20NZD to post. Please choose the Australian shipping option at the check-out.
International orders and deliveries
Please email your international order to us first before going to the website check-out. We can determine the shipping cost accurately and assess the appropriateness of any fragile items for overseas postage. We can ship most of our items on the website to most overseas destinations.
Note: The Pauanesia website will not automatically add the shipping to international orders, other than Australia.
We will quote 'Post Airmail' shipping costs by return email and advise you how to process the International order at check-out to ensure the shipping cost is included in the credit card payment. If you would like your order sent 'Track and Trace' or by Courier please indicate this in your email as Airmail Post does not include this.
Customs or import duties if applicable are the responsibility of the consignee and are not included. Pauanesia will not be liable for loss or damage of goods once received by the postal/courier service.
Airmail post allows 10-20 days; it can be quicker but we hate to disappoint.
