PRICING & SHIPPING INFORMATION
NOTE: Our pricing philosophy is to offer 'our best price as our every store price'.We do not mark-up to give discounts or inflate our 'web price' to included shipping and then claim "Free shipping" that is not. The price in store is the same as the price on the website and we endeavour to reward our customers with the very best price possible.
Dispatch and Delivery
Pauanesia will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being confirmed and receipt of payment. Our shipping charges include protective packaging. If the item is out-of stock we will contact you to discuss an anticipated dispatch or an alternative. Payment will not be processed until the order is ready for dispatch.
Allow 3-5 days delivery of orders within New Zealand. They will be sent by parcel post or Courier Post. Dispatch will be confirmed by the emailing of a NZ Post/Courier Post reference number.
Pauanesia will not be liable for loss or damage of goods once received by the postal/courier service. Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made against the carrier. We do not pay compensation for late delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the destination regardless of the value or the size of the purchase.

North Island- other cities and towns $8.90
North Island - rural deliveries $12.90
South Island cities and towns $13.90
South Island - rural deliveries $16.90
Australia Delivery Charges
We now offer a flat shipping rate to our neighbours over the ditch, or Aussie-dwelling Kiwis longing for a piece of home. All parcels to Australia now cost $20NZD to post. Please choose the Australian shipping option at the check-out.
Shipping now to U.K. Europe USA and Canada
We are happy to ship most of our items on the website to many countries by Airmail Post. Our international charges are fixed charges based on the average shipping cost to various international destinations. Our website template does not permit us to be any more sophisticated than this, sorry.
Customs or import duties if applicable are the responsibility of the consignee and are not included. Pauanesia will not be liable for loss or damage of goods once received by the postal/courier service. Airmail post does not included a track and trace service.
Airmail post allow 10-20 days at Christmas; it can be much quicker (6-10 days) out side Christmas period but we hate to disappoint.
Returns and Refund policy
Our quality is important to us. As most of our goods are hand-made be prepared to accept some minor imperfections and variations in the products. Returns because of quality issues will be accepted up to 5 days from receipt of goods. Please return items in its original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase. If goods are damaged in return because of inadequate packaging no refund will be made.
Please choose carefully as no refunds will be made for any other reason than quality.
We are happy to offer you a credit note valid for two months or an exchange but you will be responsible for returning and forwarding shipping charges. Courier return goods by Courier Post and remember to include your details. No refund on freight charges.
We are happy to post cuttings of our Pauanesia home textiles for you to check the colour coordinates with your scheme before purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the cuttings.
We have done our best to display colours as accurately as possible. However all computer screens display colour slightly differently. The colours you see when you visit our website may differ slightly from the actual product colour.
