Pohutukawa | Red-Green Scarf

Claret red with flecks of dark green knitted Merino/Possum long scarf.

This scarf is inspired by the Pohutukawa tree's red flowers that change the colour of Rangitoto Island in the Hauraki Gulf in summer. The pattern of the Pohutukawa forest canopy when viewed from the top of the cone inspired the claret red with contrasting flecks of moss green.

Pauanesia's Pohutukawa scarf has been knitted here in New Zealand using a blend of fine Merino wool and Possum fibre. This makes the scarf glowingly warm while remarkably light. Great to keep you warm and cosy on cold winter days.

Scarf Care
Hand wash only with care in warm water. Use only approved wool wash detergent. Rinse well by hand. Do not tumble dry.
