We strive to keep all our website items in good stock. We gift wrap and dispatch all our web orders within 24 hours of orders placed and the payment being confirmed.
NZ courier services remain busy, and our expectation of delivery to NZ urban centres is within 3-5 working days. While courier delivery service is beyond our control, all local and overseas are now dispatched with “track & trace” to ensure traceability and follow-up. Please appreciate that at busy times like Christmas delivery can take a little longer.

Pauanesia web purchases for delivery within New Zealand over a value of 150 dollars ($150) will be shipped free-of-charge. Web purchases with a value of less than 150 dollars ($150) will incur a shipping charge.
Our shipping charges are a ‘flat rate’ regardless of parcel size for local and overseas delivery. All our parcels are sent by courier with a “track and trace” service to ensure they are traceable.

All Pauanesia items are packaged as carefully and as well as possible. However please check the item(s) upon receipt by the courier and advise us immediately by email or phone call (09 366 7282) if there is a problem.
From time to time due to rough handling this may not be enough to prevent damage. Alas we no longer ship our ceramic goods as couriers will not accept any claims for damage of ceramics.
Note: Couriers are generally now photographing the satchels left to record delivery. Please follow the steps below carefully.
1. If there is visible damage to your package please open and inspect the contents to see if the product is affected.
2. If possible use your phone to record the damage to the parcel and goods. Please call us immediately (09 366 7282) to notify us of this occurrence.
3. All damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
